Our Catalina Island vacation rental is one of the latest and most sought after properties added to kRentals. This is a family oriented 3 bedroom, 2 bath, unit (approximately 1,200 sq. ft.) in a modern tri-plex.
This unit is up the hill on the sunny side (300 Marilla Ave #3). It has French Doors opening to a wrap around balcony with gorgeous ocean and mountain views,
an outside gas BBQ and furniture. A wood burning fireplace in the living room. A laundry room with washer and dryer off the master bedroom. It also has one off street covered parking stall.
A golf cart is available for an additional fee. This unit is an all electrical unit, and there is No Smoking and No Pets Allowed.
